RealCock 2 Review: Is the $500 realistic dildo worth it?

RealCock 2 Packaging

The RealCock 2 arrived in a plain cardboard box with very minimal packaging. Labeling was discreet – the return address listed Abyss Creations and the contents were labelled as “sculpture”. There isn’t any further packaging once you open the box. It’s just the RealCock 2 in a plastic bag and a sheet of paper with a little blurb on the product containing cleaning instructions.

I was quite surprised as I expected a lovingly handcrafted product like this to have more elaborate packaging. But I guess this doesn’t need pretty packaging to sell itself. I was more than happy with this package (pun unintended).

First impressions

“Oh my god what have I gotten myself into…”

Exactly my first thoughts as I opened the inconspicuous brown box.

As I took Dirk out of its box and held him in my hands, I was almost blushing. Excited and… a bit nervous?

This dildo was almost too lifelike. It had been handcrafted to shocking detail… from the veins on the shaft to the detail of the skin and the textured wrinkles on the balls… I was stunned. Maintenance

For such an intricate piece of functional art, this is really quite simple to maintain.

• Always use a water-based lubricant as oil-based lubes can ruin the silicone skin
• More lube is better than less as too much friction may erode the paint layer
• When using the Vac-U-Lock, apply a small amount of lube to the plug before inserting it
• Periodically massage the whole toy to lubricate the inner silicone layer so it stays malleable
• After each use, clean with liquid antibacterial soap and warm water
• Set aside to dry or pat dry (do not rub)

Real Cock 2 Review Summary

If your goal is to replicate a human penis, this dildo is as sophisticated as it comes. The movable skin on the shaft and scrotum, individual floating testicles, delicate shading and incredible attention to detail puts this dildo in its own category.

Its texture, density and color create a multidimensional experience that needs to be felt to be understood.

Is the $500 price tag justified?
