Love At First Buzz: Lelo Ina 2 Review

Since I got my Ina 2 nearly 2 months ago I’ve been using it constantly.  This powerful vibrator is in a class of its own compared to other rabbits.

In this review i’m going to cover some of the tips and tricks we’ve picked up using our Lelo Ina 2 and go over why this guy is one of our favorite rabbit vibrators right now.

Blended Orgasms

With dual motors it allows you to achieve life-changing blended climaxes with any of its 8 vibration patterns.

It’s not squishy, but it’s silicone soft.  Silicone is skin safe, it dosen’t make your bits tingly and feel burny and weird and gross.

However, compared to the other rabbit vibrators I own, this one leaves others eating dust in the garden.

Opening it up for the first time

When I got home, I unwrapped it and plugged it into the wall.  Immediately the buttons started to pulse green letting you know you’re on your way.  But the cord wasn’t long enough to reach my bed, so instead I pulled up a chair and got cozy next to the outlet.

To give the charging a ten minute head start, I took some time to look at the packaging.  It came with your standard vibrator stuff:

The storage pouch is a nice way to keep your vibrator’s silicone from touching other silicone in your toy drawer. Every sword needs a sheath, and every vibrator should come with a pouch.

The warranty card lets you register your Lelo Ina 2 online.  If the vibration stops working within a year then they will replace it for free.

Controls

The controls for the Ina 2 are intuitive and kind of remind me of a TV remote.  You can press the “+” or “-” buttons to increment the vibration strength from 1 to 10.  The up and down arrows let you cycle through the different patterns of vibration.

The patterns, or “stimulation modes”, include sensations like throbbing, whirring, escalating waves, tapping, and massaging.  My favorite pattern alternates between focus on clit vibration, vaginal vibration, and then both at the same time.  If I use this pattern with a speed 6 I do not last long at all!

The number of patterns and speed combinations (80 in total) can be a little overwhelming at first.  But it’s definitely a fun ride to discovering your favorites.

It has tons of features and is one of the best rabbit vibrators (read more)  for having blended orgasms.  With its 10 speeds you can go from a smooth gentle vibe to nearly as powerful as the hitachi.

Speed 10, As Intense as the Magic Wand?

The highest setting of 10 feels almost as intense as the low setting on the magic wand, so if you need a strong rabbit vibrator then the Ina 2 will take good care of you.

The Rabbit Ear

Instead of having 2 little rabbit ears like the happy rabbit 2, the Ina has just one big ear that covers a lot of ground.  People also call this the clit vibrator or the clitoral arm, but I prefer to stick with the rabbit theme.

It’s a pretty flexible ear and can be adjusted to fit different anatomies.  And if you don’t like to have direct stimulation on your clit you can easily position it to the side.

Inside the rabbit ear is its own separate motor which lets the Ina 2 work its magic with alternating intensity between the two arms.

Shape & Material

Like with most Lelo toys, the Ina 2 is made from a high-quality silicone.  I love silicone vibrators because they are gentle on the skin.  I try to avoid other materials like PVC which smell like chemicals and leave your bits feeling burny, weird, and gross.

The Silicone material on the Ina 2 is smooth and soft but not too squishy.

You also shouldn’t use silicone lubes with the Ina 2, just stick to water based lubes which are easy to clean and won’t damage silicone.​

The Shape

The insertable part of this rabbit is 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) in girth.  Which is on the girthy side compared to most rabbit vibrators.  I’m 5 foot 7 inches tall and it’s the perfect fit for me.

People have very different bodies though and some people might not be as compatible with the shape of the insertable end.  Take a good look at the pictures and try to imagine if you the shape would work for you.

How Loud Is It? Ina 2 Volume Test

No one likes a noisy sex toy.  It’s distracting when you are trying to enjoy yourself, and it’s awkward if you have roommates.

For this review, I measured the Ina 2 with a decibel measuring app to check its volume.

At its lowest setting, it was only 20 db (about as loud as a rabbit twitching its whiskers).  As you’d expect it gets louder and louder as you increase the speed.  At speed 5 it was 48 Db, at speed 7 it was 58 db, and finally at speed 10 it was 70 db (the same volume as an everyday conversation).  For reference, the magic wand is 78 Db loud at it’s highest setting.

These volumes are when it’s outside the body.  As soon as it’s inside your body acts as a good muffler.

Review of the Extra Features

Charging

Another thing I like about Lelo is that none of their products require any batteries.  It’s the worst to go grab your sex toy in the heat of the moment just to find out the batteries need to be changed.

Once it is charged it will last for 2 hours of continuous use or 90 days in not-playing with it (stand-by) mode.  Once you get towards the end of your two hours the lights will start blinking to let you know it needs a charge.

You can even use the 6-foot cord with it while it’s charging.  So there should never be a time when you can’t use the Lelo Ina 2 because of low power.  And if you do lose the charging cord, it can work with any 110v charger, which are just 10 dollars on Amazon.

Bottom Line

If you are looking for a gift for your wife or girlfriend, this says I flippin love you.  The Lelo Ina 2 is one of the easiest ways to achieve those ultra-intense blended orgasms.  It is might seem expensive for a sex toy, but it is so worth it.  I can’t imagine many people regretting getting this one.
